Great analysis! Personally, I avoided this one because the recent sale (on 12/25) for a box like this went for $125,000. I would assume as each box sales, the next gets more valuable due to scarcity, but that was too big of a jump for me. I do believe, however, that the Jordan PSA 10s will continue to appreciate. I think this particular fractional buy will just take a bit longer to realize a return. It's all exciting either way!
